COLBY MARTIN
Colby Martin, CEO of the Colby Martin Team and Partner of Keller Williams Real Estate, focuses on building meaningful, empathetic relationships with his clients. Colby listens more than he talks, and uses his innate sense of people’s unspoken needs to achieve maximum results and client satisfaction.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Environmental Resource Management, Colby still practices his passion for environmental protection. He is an active member of the Sierra Club, Environmental Defense, Nature Conservancy, and Greenfaith organizations.
Colby’s successful sales career includes nearly twelve years in the real estate industry. His consistent production ranks him among the top realtors in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Colby is also an avid supporter of the American Diabetes Association.
NICOLE L. MARCUM
Nicole L. Marcum, President of the Colby Martin Team, brings an extensive knowledge of sales, marketing, and new business development to the team. Since starting to work with the team, Nicole has produced extraordinary results in dozens of successful hands-on marketing campaigns. She is responsible for oversight and coaching of all sales team members. She is also responsible for producing the team’s top-notch networking events. Her approach on the creative side is to work closely with clients to identify and articulate what is unique and most interesting for each situation.
Nicole is a graduate of Mansfield State University. Prior to moving to West Chester, Nicole lived in Nevada where she worked in advertising for a premier hotel casino. After moving back to Pennsylvania, she developed a successful sales and marketing career in healthcare and retirement living. Today, she brings unique perspective, creativity, and insight to the Colby Martin Team.
Nicole is an active member and supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association and is an active member of the local community.
Cathy Campbell
Cathy Campbell, Buyer Specialist for the Colby Martin Team, has lived in Chester County her entire life. Cathy attended Coatesville Catholic Elementary School and then moved to Bishop Shanahan High School, where she was lucky enough to attend the old Shanahan in West Chester Borough before the new school was built in Downingtown.
Cathy received her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia specializing in sociology. Cathy spent a semester abroad where she learned to fluently speak Spanish and formed a passion for Latin dance.
Cathy has worked in real estate since 2006 and began working with the team in early 2009 as the Director of Team Operations and recently accepted the challenge of Buyer’s Specialist.
Cathy volunteers her time at the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County and is an active member of Chester County.
Mike DiBartolomeo
Mike DiBartolomeo is a graduate of Henderson High School in West Chester, PA. Mike attended Elizabethtown College where he earned his bachelor of science degree for business accounting. While at Elizabethtown, he was one of 16 founding members of the Men’s Lacrosse Program.
Immediately out of college Mike became a Licensed Realtor at RE/MAX Main Line, working as an assistant. As his daily career, Mike manages and markets Servpro of West Chester which is an emergency response cleanup company to fire and water damaged properties. He is a member of a number of networking groups in and around West Chester, including the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, Future Leaders of West Chester (where he sits as the founding Chairmen), BOMA, Chester County Fuel Oil Dealers Assoc, and West Chester Apartment Housing Assoc.
A musician at heart, Mike fills the role as the drummer in his band, Prime Proponent, which is currently in the process of recording their first album. While he still gets his feet wet in his real estate career, he has signed on with the Colby Martin team as the exclusive referral agent where he will be directing and marketing more business towards the team.
Jill Marie Putman
Jill Marie Putman, Marketing Coordinator, for the Colby Martin Team, brings five years sales experience and an outgoing personality with a positive outlook to the team.
Originally from the Pennsylvania Pocono area and a graduate of Neumann College, Jill’s entrepreneurial spirit led her into the real estate industry, enabling her to showcase her credentials to each and every client.
Jill’s focus is to help buyers find their dream home, whether it’s the first time or the last time. In working with Jill each client can expect the same level of honesty and integrity with every aspect of the transaction, from start to finish. These principles are important to Jill and she is proud to incorporate them into her life both personally and professionally.
To stay on top of the local real estate market Jill continues to network and research the market in all areas surrounding her.
Jill enjoys sports and is always looking for ways to stay active in the local community. Jill is also a supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Salvation Army.
